What do you want to be when you grow up? In kindergarten I reported that I wanted to work at Dairy Queen because I thought soft serve and dilly bars were the epitome of happiness. Since then, I found a career in design and in sales, but never food. Until now. If happiness is the goal, why not let the 5 year old in me live a little?
Salted Stone is my mission to bring the same amount of joy and happiness I find in making food to those who eat it. Food has the power to create nostalgia, community, friends and daily joy. I hope you find a bit of happiness in every bite.
